All the processes was so stressful and every time that I call about my application status, they will say that somebody will call me back, which won’t happen. Today, I had to call them again just to hear that my application was denied for no valid reasons. If you don’t want to waist your time and your money don’t go there

However, the tour was nice. Applied the same day. It’s been almost a week with no word back. Bree said it would be 1-2 business days. The after hours line picked up both times around 4pm when we I was looking for answers after that time frame. The fee was over $200, hence, this is a serious problem. I hope this isn’t how the company does business, where you take fees with no intent to do business. I’d very much like a refund at this juncture.
