This is one of the excellent communities in St. Charles area. After hunting for apartments all around St. Louis for about a year stumbled onto this, have been living here since past couple of years. The Management, especially Heather is amazing, she helped me patiently, to find an apartment tailored to my interests. The management here made me greatly appreciate 2B residential.

Goods:
- Amazing Management, very responsive and professional.
- Impeccable cleanliness, which is very hard to find in St. Louis area. This was my priority.
- Proximity to grocery stores (Aldi is about 15min walk away) and all the great restaurants in area, Very happening location.
- The community and neighbors are very friendly, there are frequent social activities.
- NON SMOKING property, violations are taken very seriously.
Okays:
- Noise in general is always persistent issue given the area, Since the complex is right next to interstate. Got used to it over time, but still bugs at times.
- Pricier than other places around, but I believe they are worth the price given the maintenance and location.

Clean and modern rentals, amazing amenities, and very helpful staff. Iris & Heather from the leasing office have both been very supportive in getting me setup and moved in. Units are a bit on the expensive side, but the price is very much justified.

I had a wonderful experience at the chapter at the street. Heather was very professional, friendly and she's very out going. Heather was always willing to help with anything I needed. Chapter of the streets was well maintained, clean, very inviting and the smell was to died for 5 star 🌟 smell. Its clear that management takes pride in providing excellent service and keeping the property in great condition. I would highly recommend Chapter of the streets to anyone looking for a welcoming place to live.
