  1--The number of times they needed to fix a personal toilet was enough to devalue everything. Not sure which I prefer more, a clogged commode or a guy splashing in it where I don't even wear shoes but I'm paying for both. They never wear gloves but I would need a hazmat suit. Hold on, I gotta bleach evth again rn--. 2--The noise through your place is so easily noticable-- Nothing stops you from hearing the neighbors Crying babies or dogs barking. In the hallway/commonarea you can eavesdrop with no effort it can be heard from in your unit. . 3-- Parking is insufficient. 4-- YEAR ROUND construction noise w/in 1000 ft. 5--I've seen empty rolls for Dog waste bags, Doggy land mines, and some patios covered in dog crap. 6--The capacity for the amenities is pretty low compared to the total number of tenants. The gym's cap. is about 36. 7--the pool/ht repeatedly need maintenance. Bottled water was provided, but more often empty. 8-- the one trash compactor for the whole property will be shut down every couple months(less often than the toilet) and is replaced by one massive, quickly-overflowing trailer 9--I brought all this up addressing the email they replied with from our Google reviews and they have not even tried to respond. 10--Instead, I'm being spammed, harassed, and solicited by the ai text bot to renew a lease. 11--With the threat of being forced to pay month to month if I don't tell them 60 days ahead to stop the old lease. ?? I might recall a msg saying there was a document on my account but I see none. 12--The ai bot called tessa used to just send stuff staff didn't want to spend time on but now it's referring to itself as if it can facilitate any actions discussed. I don't trust ai text bot to handle my paperwork. And,13-- I don't see anything on my account where I can tell them I don't want to auto renew. If I was the leasing consultant, I would feel bad putting people here and actually go work somewhere else. If I could part ways early I would but no reply from the email they wanted me to reach out to. Not one leasing consultant would admit these issues and I'm still waiting to see how they retaliate. Paying luxury prices to live in a house of cards is my biggest regret of the entire year.

  Don’t move in this apartment cause they are ungry money and they be screaming people I just move out last month and they charge me $926 dollars just for no reason and they change the apartment price every month they just trying to get free money from people that’s legally scam if u move in there you gonna regret that cause I regret it

  I couldn't be happier with my experience at The Depot! The professionalism from Cassie, Paige and Riley is truly top-notch. They are all super friendly, consistently attentive and incredibly helpful, always willing to resolve any issue or concerns as quickly as possible. It's a great feeling to know that if anything comes up, they are ready to assist with a positive and proactive attitude. A well-deserved five stars!

  DO NOT MOVE HERE – Management Lacks Integrity and Hides Serious Issues This apartment complex and its management team do not handle serious issues with integrity or care for their tenants. If you’re considering living here, please read the 5-star reviews with caution, they literally offer incentives (like $10 off a taco truck) for good reviews, which is extremely misleading and unethical. One of the most concerning issues is how they handle mold. There are multiple units that have had serious mold problems, especially on the third floor due to poor structure and roofing. Instead of addressing the root of the issue, management either denies it altogether or minimizes the health effects. I personally know a tenant who had to move out because of high mold exposure that made them sick, and rather than making things right, they turned around and moved someone else into that same unit without telling them about the mold. They offered no support or compensation to the previous tenant, and called them “dramatic” for being concerned about their health. The courtyard area is another example of neglect, it’s literally turning into a swamp, growing stagnant water and who knows what else. I This place might have convenient amenities or appear nice on the surface, but behind the scenes it’s run with carelessness and a complete lack of accountability. If you value your health, your peace of mind, and being treated with basic human decency… look elsewhere
