I learned real quickly that Trish was a true business professional with many many years not only living at the lake herself, but helping people buying and selling real estate. She is so knowledgeable about and seems to know everything about the lake! From fine dining locations to hot spots to visit. Trish is so knowledgeable with the fine points and different locations around the lake and helped me understand the lake area and fit in quickly. She helped get me the best deal possible and now I have used her twice now buying and then selling and then purchasing my second home! Ms. Minich made my transactions smooth and stress free and I made more money when I sold my properties as well and got a great deal when purchasing my second home and saved thousands!
