Customer service is absolutely atrocious! Called to ask about how things worked the person I talked to was a royal jerk and said maybe I needed to move back where I'm from if I didn't like how this particular auction worked. All I wanted was clarification on why there was no reserve if the seller could say no to the winning bid on the house. I strongly recommend people NOT do business with a company that tells customers to go back where they are from. Absolutely disgusting.
