Office staff is very helpful, apartment is great, great location, and love the grounds. The buildings are not all on top of each other. Alot of green space between buildings.

Also you can't ever get a human on the phone. Piper is AI. Despite having a million of sales reps- I mean office workers on site.

I’ve had minor issues but Antonio in the office has always be there to help me out, I will say he is truly professional and he listens to you without making you seem like you’re a burden, now Tony in maintenance is so great, I feel like I’m a little annoying when it comes to certain things but he always comes through!
- FFfranko fernanndezNov 29, 20251.0I moved out before my move out date and the reserve ar barry sent a collection to a debt collector for 361..and these charges are dated after I had already moved out.. but not only that they didnt notify me u till six months after and 8t was by the debt collector and now I have one month to dispute these charges and I dont know how long a dispute takes so im sure they screwed me..I 2ould never recommend moving here they will just screw you in the end and then will have p4oblems renting for other places
