The maintenance department does a phenomenal job with handling work orders in a timely manner. Mrs. Kim possesses exceptional communication skills and maintains a professional demeanor in all interactions. Mr. Blaine is consistently present on-site to assist his team with work orders. I am profoundly appreciative of the individuals who demonstrate a genuine concern for the property and the well-being of the residents.

I don't think all of their buildings have this issue, but this was my experience so check the apartment thoroughly before renting. Mold also became more of an issue in the summer. Maintenance was okay and usually arrived quickly but they would often walk in unannounced. The apartment has a small fitness area and a pool but those close around 5, so if you work during the day, you might not have time to use them. The neighborhood is fine overall, but this just wasn't the place for me.

She’s organized, prompt and also incredibly responsive to any concerns. When I faced an emergency in the middle of the night, Quon from maintenance took care of it immediately. He resolved the issue quickly and also exceeded my expectations with his exceptional service, ensuring my family's safety throughout the process. I highly recommend their services! Ever since Ms. Kim has been there she's made maintenance requests be so easy. She's so sweet and makes sure you're heard and reassured. She communicates thoroughly and is patient. Reggie has also been so kind to our family and helpful.
