From day one, the staff has been absolutely incredible—always helpful, professional, and genuinely kind. I especially want to shout out Emonni (leasing agent) and Anthony (service manager), who went above and beyond helping me move all of my boxes into my unit. Their smiling faces and can-do attitude made what could’ve been a stressful day so much easier. Every time I see them around the building, they’re just as friendly and welcoming, and I truly feel like I can count on them no matter what. The amenities are top-notch, and my unit has been nothing short of amazing—clean, modern, and super comfortable. If you’re thinking about moving here, do it! You’ll feel right at home thanks to the team and the quality of everything here.

The whole complex was really clean and everything is brand new. The gym looks amazing with high-end exercise equipment. The staff was very friendly, knowledgeable and accommodating. The floor plans are well designed and the prices are reasonable. It's in an awesome location on the Plaza which is a huge bonus for me. I'm definitely considering 44 Washington for my next apartment. Thanks for the tour, guys!
