I had the pleasure of participating as a vendor at their inaugural Spring Fling event, and it was a nice experience for their visitors and residents. The facilities are spacious, clean, and beautifully maintained, with a modern feel that creates a welcoming atmosphere. The staff was very kind and helpful showing all participants to their designated spaces. I truly appreciated the care put into this new event, and I would absolutely love the opportunity to work with them again in the future.

Got to check out the Domain couldn’t help but notice how nice the gym and amenities are. You can really tell that they take pride in how well kept everything is but not only that the service they give is on another level!

The Domain hosted a wonderful event with several amazing vendors, including myself. They were so friendly and made sure everyone had exactly what they needed. Highly recommend this establishment!

Would not recommend to anyone. Starting with the fact their residents have to pay for parking if you don’t want to take the chance of getting towed. Parking is very limited even if you have a paid pass. Not safe either there are no security cameras or anything for resident protection.
I got into my apartment in August learning that my carpet was dirty and completely warn down to nothing, they refused to clean our living room/kitchen area since there had already been a resident living there before I moved in. Our dryer never worked after they had fixed it 3 times, and on top of that we had mold in our cabinets and vents. Very dirty.
They try to advertise as a luxury with their amenities when their tanning bed doesn’t work because of dead bulbs 24/7, gym equipment usually doesn’t work or is broken. Dog poop always in the grass as well.
Also have to note how everyone there pays a different amount of rent it’s unorganized they charge you for random things or mix up charges and charge you for the wrong apartment. The whole time I was there only 2 of the 4 roommates were charged for utilities.
Very disappointing when they give you tours of a very nice model apartment and it’s nothing like what you’re truly going to live in and they advertise all their amenities that are hardly useable. It’s very expensive for what it is and their prices are constantly going up.
