  Horrible !!!!!!! They took over my property in September, mind you I just started renting in July but all ima say is I’ll be reporting to the news and all outlets appropriate. My mom is friends with the mayor and If needed we will make anll necessary contacts to be played with my home after we just had to move due to the tornado is behind me . It Triflen . Can’t nobody answer the phone , return a call , nothing . Now I’m getting notifications on my door stating my water will be shut off in 3 days because they did not fill out what was needed when they assumed the property. Still have yet to have things on my inspection list completed as of oct 2nd . Do not ever rent from them and if they assume you current property try to get out asap .

  PMI took over Dunnica & Gustine over 2 years ago. The neighborhood is very bad , gun violence and killing I have experienced since living there. They lied on me and said I was loud and had music blasting and people coming in and out my apartment which is far from the truth. I have always been a quiet respectful tenant. I was the first to move in to the building and see. A lot of people come and leave I was staying there for 3 years . Jen stated vendors saw those thing happen and in all REALITY NO ONE EVER CAME TO THAT PROPERTY. No one very came to fix on the building or even mow the grass . It would be a shock if someone came and mowed the grass or even look at the building Let alone it’s hard to get ahold of them , seems like you have to half way threaten them just to answer the phone for you . Zach NEVER ANSWERS THE PHONE , NOR JEN NOR MARY NEVER ANSWERS THE PHONE & if they do answer the phone it’s the same excuse “ im in a meeting “ they never call back . Before they took over the property the other management was wonderful. When ZACH took over mice where running rapid in the building and he would do the bare minimum to get them out. Even after moving out I have been trying to get ahold of Mary for a whole month she has not returned my phone calls , I called Jen to tell her to contact me she has not done so . AGAIN IT IS VERY HARD TO GET IN CONTACT With THEM . The neighborhood was my biggest problem so ghetto and not pleasant to live in.

  Applied, but never signed a lease because of the terms. They placed a judgement on my record for an address I never lived at and now I cannot rent or move. I had no knowledge of this until an application was denied due to the judgement. No correspondence was ever delivered to me since I never lived at the address therefore I had no way to defend myself against this filing. NO SIGNED LEASE = NO CASE. The judgement was against a roommate and myself. Our names were listed on the court documents and affected our ability to purchase vehicles and move into new rentals putting us in a horrible situation. Regardless of the measures they claim to have taken, the mistake this company made is inexcusable. Don't work with PMI STL Metro they will ruin your reputation and credit for their own gain.
