  Highly pleased with my experience dealing with this company. Leah is super friendly and knowledgeable, Sun and Justin work hard getting the maintenance issues handled, behind the scenes Matt keeps the home search process easy and efficient, and Brian, the owner, is always there to offer a hand and a jovial smile. Overall this company may be experiencing some growing pains, but that's because so many people see how good they are at what they do, both for property management and general contracting. Would and do recommend them to anyone I know looking to move.

  Hard working staff. AC went out and they were able to send someone out with window units until a more permanent fix was done. They worked with getting the owner of the property to quickly resolve the issue and kept me informed on their efforts.

  I would do no stars I have been dealing with Leah attitude since I’ve met her very rude person run from this company. They do not know how to manage with respect very rude. Nathan text and talk to tenants with no respect and very disrespectful when Im dealing with a molded home I put a rook leak ticket in 2 years ago not addressed. I am dealing with water damage and mold inside my unit. Can’t breathe, cool or do anything. They do not communicate effectively or respectfully. Leah and Nathan is a disgrace to working with the public. I’m telling you run very unprofessional
