Even thought there is a place for a cosigner/guarantor on the application it does not matter. They do not take cosigner/guarantors at this place or even consider them (wish they would list that on their website somewhere where it is very seeable). There is no way to get into this place if you do not have very good credit and meet the income requirements. It should not be considered affordable housing. I do want to note that Maya was very friendly and answered all my questions so I do not fault her. She is just doing her job but they should not being listing this as affordable housing at all. Many of us need cosigner's/guarantors to get into a lot of places right now since everything is jacked. Especially people who are poor and low income. We keep getting screwed by the system and there is no way out of this quicksand of poverty.

The staff are very friendly, knowledgeable and accommodating and are always quick to help resolve any issues a resident may have. They also really keep the place really clean! Beautiful neighborhood with lots of playgrounds, parks and trails nearby. Our little dog loves it as well… and it’s her opinion that matters the most! 😊
