  This is a beautiful property but too many tenants have no respect for the property and the staff are not well trained to keep it clean - especially the beautifully landscaped outside. Always cigarette butts, and dog poop. I don't understand why they can't do a daily walk and pick up the garbage. If someone is doing a daily walk, they are not looking. I am sorry to write this but I am done complaining.

  The maintenance team at The Mera is absolutely outstanding. They are professional, reliable, and always quick to respond whenever a request is made. Not only do they resolve issues efficiently, but they also go above and beyond to make sure everything is done right the first time. Their attention to detail, friendly attitude, and dedication to keeping the community in excellent condition truly make a difference. It’s clear that they take pride in their work, and it shows every day.

  Disappointed with my experience at the Mera, lived there for a year and was happy to leave. I was surprised by the amount of young kids & the low income housing portion of the building. The website does not really disclose that information, but it was disappointing when we paid for a luxury experience and found out there was low income housing floors. I am sure the Mera gets some sort of tax break, but having low income floors and advertising "luxury oasis" is misleading. The only mention of section 8 housing I could find is on the FAQ page "Do you accept section 8 vouchers" "This property accepts many forms of income to qualify for a rental. This includes the local area voluntary Section 8 Housing Choice Voucher program on qualified income restricted units only." Lastly, it felt like the management was looking to nickel and dime us for anything they could. I got charged for one day of rent, one day garage fee, & one day of internet when we were not even occupying the space. Our lease said to be out by noon on the first of the month and they still charged for an entire day of "pro-rated" rent. We asked for them to reason with us, but we were shut down or ghosted. I was hesitant to post a public review because it is associated with my name, but I would have loved to know this information before I applied.

  It was the first place I visited to get moving, and I was lucky to be helped by Alex, who took care of all my needs. She made me feel comfortable, and I was 100% satisfied with everything—there was no need to look anywhere else.
