  The carpets in the hallways and at some of the entrances inside of the building, are stained and not cleaned properly. They are regularly vacuumed, but stains and debris from dog poop and other spills are sometimes smeared on the floor entrances and carpets. Even the walls along the hallways are often smeared with gunk and not cleaned properly. It makes the building look and feel disgusting. The cleaning lady is often seen cleaning, but it looks like she might need more help. There are too many residents for her to keep everything clean.

  This apartments are getting from unsafe to worse, They towed my car out of the parking spot that i have been paying $100 every month since 2019 on the top of my yearly raising rent, for the 3rd time in 3 months. It is clearly attack on the resident and shameful to make money out of hard working people. And each time it $350 or 250 It is unacceptable to get someone hired waiting you in your own rented parking spot. We are not slaves the resident should come together and consult with lawyer about the issue. Nothing is safe here. I sow someone standing next to my car the other day and she said sorry she is guardian towing.

  I’m extremely disappointed with the experience at this property. I am a current resident and have been paying $100 monthly for a designated parking spot. My vehicle was properly registered with the office, yet it was towed without any notice or valid reason. This is completely unacceptable. Regardless of any internal system or process issues, my registration and payment were current and should have prevented any action against my vehicle. This reflects serious mismanagement and a lack of accountability.

  Untrustworthy and non responsive!!! We applied for an apartment in July of this year for our upcoming move from NY - MN. We were super excited and relieved to have found such an affordable yet luxurious complex. After time went on, we backed out of the application due to a time crunch. Management and employees took too long to process our paperwork, and left us no choice but to choose elsewhere. We paid 400 for an application fee (100) and deposit (300). The application fee is non refundable, but the deposit is supposedly refundable. We were told by the complex that a check was shipped out to our NY address on july 17th. We called right before our move (August 12th) to let them know we had not received a check and they said they would have to wait until August 17th to issue a new one. We have tried to follow up every week since then with no response on our owed 300 dollars. We have been leaving message after message with no response. Truly a sad organization and cleary fraudulent, as this has happened to many people as I have read here. Do not do business with these people.
