- YYYoDec 9, 20251.0So I go see the place and I did an application. Dominium was very nice welcoming and willing to go the extra mile. I go home read reviews and boy oh boy not so good but I still email to check on the background status of my application and I got denied and he emailed me forms if I wanted to Appel. Mind you I never had this problem with my rental history as that’s 1 of reasons I got denied. So since he stopped emailing, I called him. Ask him what was on my rental history why I got denied that didn’t meet y’all criteria. He don’t know and begin to say if I wanted to Appel. I then asked him so what requirements my rental history is not meeting oh now he mad and said nasty attitude I can appeal blah blah I hung up because it don’t make no since I didn’t make any sense that he don’t know something and he work there. Before you even offer somebody an application you should say do you meet these requirements?

They are regularly vacuumed, but stains and debris from dog poop and other spills are sometimes smeared on the floor entrances and carpets. Even the walls along the hallways are often smeared with gunk and not cleaned properly. It makes the building look and feel disgusting. The cleaning lady is often seen cleaning, but it looks like she might need more help. There are too many residents for her to keep everything clean.
