- LHLouis HartzogOct 13, 20251.0Classic corporate landlord. Charged me a ridiculous cleaning fee upon move out and I owed money still even after clearing my whole security deposit. Fire alarms went off at least 4 times, lost power multiple times living here, side doors not working. I would avoid signing a lease here. Overpriced, nickel and dime landlord that provides a subpar living experience and takes every chance to charge you more money.
- SMSelena MouaSep 29, 20255.0Although I did not end up signing a lease here due to the location of where I want to live at the moment, I had a wonderful experience with their team - specifically Jayden (over email) and Shelbi (for my in-person tour)! They are very friendly, thorough, and made sure to answer any questions I had during my visit (they were even willing to accommodate having my ESA with me during the tour as well). The Mason also offers a lot of great amenities, and the apartment units themselves are very beautiful.
