However the property manager is clearly biased to a large chunk of the residents, especially those that english is a second language. Providing us with a cold and off putting environment. She belittles and treats the residents as people who are incapable and it’s very disheartening to not feel comfortable to be able to go to the main office and voice any concerns fearing the treatment you might face. Very unprofessional! I hope something can be done about this!
