  I’ve had such a great experience moving into Kendrick Apartments! Millie and Rafaela were incredibly patient and helpful with all my paperwork before move-in, making the whole process smooth and stress-free. Once I arrived, Lily from the property management office went above and beyond to make me feel welcome—she even helped me figure out my mailbox and was so kind about all my newbie questions. Junior from maintenance was also a lifesaver when my in-unit laundry had a hiccup—he fixed it quickly and was so friendly and professional throughout. It’s been two weeks since I moved in, and I’ve already fallen in love with the separate entrances for each unit, the abundance of parking, and how respectful the neighbors are. Combined with seeing how much the staff truly care for this property, it feels like I made the right choice:)

  My family moved to The Kendrick in March of this year, and so far, so good. We love our unit, the quiet neighborhood the development has created, the dog-friendly environment, and easy parking. Every maintenance request has been swiftly handled by the staff. We are happy with our living situation.

  They would not show me a apartment because the resident manager said my driver's license was not me . So laughable, because I am the person on my driver's license, according to the State of Minnesota. The resident manager had me take a picture of myself then asked to see my driver's license. Afterwards she refused to show me an apartment. This is called housing discrimination... I intend to file a report for housing discrimination, soon. The resident manager is from Alabama, but this is Minnesota. Minnesota does not discriminate based on age or race. The place is a dump anyway big ice bars hanging from the soffit and there isn't one elevator on the property. The place is over priced for what you get. This place is not for senior living it's for young people.
