You might see a ton of reviews and not belive them, but please I’m begging you don’t live here. You might see something that looks financially pleasing but it is NOT WORTH IT. This is actually the worst I’ve ever been treated as a tenenent and if we could afford to break this lease we would. They don’t replace anything that’s broken, we waited MONTHS for a new dryer, our dishwasher is STILL BROKEN, they overcharge for every single thing and the maintenance is never done for anything. I’ve never felt more annoyed at maitnance as they do nothing or when concerns are brought up they essentially gaslight and say it’s not an issue. Our water pressure is seriously a trickle that can’t wash sauce off a fork and they said it’s normal. God forbid you try to go in to the office though, they won’t be open! They’ll change your lease after you sign it too, seriously just crossed off parking spots and gave us different ones. They lie about the parking too, it’s over three blocks away for almost 100 bucks each uncovered. This place might be cute but trust me it’s old as anything and with that comes these issues that they will never resolve. If you’re looking for a maintenance job where you sit and do nothing though, look no further! Parkside, if you read this, maybe come fix the hole in our ceiling from leaking we’ve been waiting on almost for four months, or the muddy colored water and scraps of food that bubble up into our shower the past two weeks after you said it’s “fixed”.

would not recommend renting from this property. I scheduled a tour, and the leasing agent never showed up for the appointment. When I called the leasing office, I was told I was supposed to meet at a completely different address—which made no sense, since I had specifically requested to see units in this building. The agent then said they would come meet me right away, so I waited another 15 minutes, and they still never arrived.
A few minutes after I left, I received a call asking where I was. The representative was very rude, and when I explained that none of our email communication mentioned a different meeting location, she abruptly hung up. Shortly after, I began receiving multiple follow-up texts and emails pushing me to apply for a unit despite my clear disinterest.
This entire experience showed a complete lack of professionalism and communication. To make matters worse, the front entrance door was broken—contradicting the security features they advertise. Based on this experience alone, it’s clear this community is poorly managed

The manager, Michelle, has been an absolute gem! Always answers the phone, replies to emails quickly and is just very nice + respectful. I’ve absolutely adored living here for 2 years and will miss everything about this place deeply. Matt the maintenance guy is seriously amazing and I can’t say enough good things about living here!!! genuinely the best place I’ve ever rented.

Been living here for a little while during the time of writing and I must say that the management team Steve and Cierre are the best. They are truly awesome!! Amazing might be a better word. :]
The real winners are the maintenance guys. If you live at Parkside you will have to go to the main office building to retrieve your packages as the drop off is only at 1 building. This can be an inconvenience if you have large packages but what I discovered is that the awesome maintenance team will bring them to your apartment like curbside. It's amazing. They keep the buildings very clean, neat looking, and intact. I personally cannot thank them and Management enough. 5 stars!!
