would not recommend renting from this property. I scheduled a tour, and the leasing agent never showed up for the appointment. When I called the leasing office, I was told I was supposed to meet at a completely different address—which made no sense, since I had specifically requested to see units in this building. The agent then said they would come meet me right away, so I waited another 15 minutes, and they still never arrived.
A few minutes after I left, I received a call asking where I was. The representative was very rude, and when I explained that none of our email communication mentioned a different meeting location, she abruptly hung up. Shortly after, I began receiving multiple follow-up texts and emails pushing me to apply for a unit despite my clear disinterest.
This entire experience showed a complete lack of professionalism and communication. To make matters worse, the front entrance door was broken—contradicting the security features they advertise. Based on this experience alone, it’s clear this community is poorly managed

Kat is Amazing! From the friendly and courteous welcome to the community, to the above and beyond customer service! My wife just had hip surgery and she offered to carry our groceries! You cant beat that. She decorates for every holiday and brings an awesome atmosphere to the apartment! We cant say enough about her and appreciate everything she does!!

Edit: Tim thinks Savannah and I are fake but i think Tims a hater and won’t leave when he’s unhappy somewhere because he doesn’t want his rent to go up $20 & can suck my happy downtown toes ❤️ Leaving a good review since nobody ever leaves good reviews even if they had good experiences! I’ve been living here for about a year now, and living in downtown stp is obviously going to have its own problems that are out of the residents & our property managers control, its something i expect from st paul at this point, especially after covid. It’s an over 100 year old building, so of course it’s going to have some bad days, especially with lots of use, it’s to be expected in a super old building.
The lobby is kept clean, they’ve been installing extra security measures since i’ve moved in and it’s been pretty good so far. Definitely need more security measures however, stronger doors, only key-fob entry etc. They have a new maintenance technician now too so that’s really been helping & both of them are awesome!
I’ve ran into lots of neighbors between Parkside and Lowertown that are so so so kind!
We also have access to Lowertown Commons so we can use their 24 hour gym, have a Luxer package locker, and a free party room!! So we get some great amenities!!
I am in love with my historic home, thank you for how hard you guys are trying despite how badly covid and evictions have affected your communities!!

I really enjoyed this place up until I had to keep notifying them on numerous occasions that they had the incorrect personal information on file and my bills. It's still not fixed and no one ever answers the phone or emails but they can answer these reviews. It's sad how poorly managed this place is.
