Maintenance requests are handled timely, and they consistently are communicative about what’s going on around the building and community. Some of the best management I’ve experienced. If you’re new to the area, it’s downtown, so yeah, you’ll get some of that city noise. I would love to see one-way mirror glass in the gym some day. I already miss my apartment there deeply! Thank you so much, LL! ❤️

- AAAlexisJul 31, 20255.0I just moved from here last week, but lived here since July 2022. Lowertown Lofts is a wonderful place to live in downtown saint paul. They have plenty of amenities, including rooftop pool access (which I had no idea about until we got our keys, so that was a major plus), a gym & yoga room as well as a beautiful party room that residents can reserve. The property itself is very clean, secure and well-kept. The 2 managers, Ginger and Kris are super attentive to resident needs, and Ryan in maintenance wastes no time promptly responding to maintenance requests. Every request was addressed within 24 hours. We had a really pleasant experience at Lowertown Lofts and will miss our spacious loft and the property staff dearly! <3

Hi it me Lynn Deatherage and has your landlords ever called st.paul public housing office about any tenants who has loss there housing vouchers in 2007 the reason why I'm asking this is because NAACP and BLM Mrs nikma Armstrong falsely accused disabled people including me big time I caused them to get kicked out of there apartment unit in 2007.
