- EEExoticURZOKOct 9, 20251.0I’ve lived here for a while now, and my experience has been nothing but frustration. My AC has been out all summer, and management keeps saying they can’t fix it because they’re “waiting for a part.” Their only solution was to give me a portable unit, which barely cools one room by five degrees while the rest of my apartment stayed over 85°F most days. Because that portable unit ran nonstop, my electric bill quadrupled, and instead of helping, they issued a lease infraction for not paying the inflated bill — a bill that only went up because of their failure to fix the AC. In my previous unit, the oven, stove, and microwave didn’t work, multiple doors fell off their hinges, and it took them months to fix anything. When I was finally moved to a new unit, I ended up right back in the same situation — no working AC, higher bills, and zero urgency from management. They even threatened to tow my vehicle for not having a parking permit, even though I was never notified about needing one. If you’re considering moving here, stay far, far away. The lack of maintenance, poor communication, and disregard for residents’ comfort and safety make this one of the worst rental experiences I’ve ever had.

Overhearing demeaning comments made me lose respect for this person and question the leadership at this property. As someone considering living here, I cannot recommend the community and hope that steps are taken to remedy this situation.
