- KGKatie GriffinNov 21, 20255.0The staff make this place exceptionally wonderful. Bobbi Jo makes this place wonderful and she deserves a raise. She takes concerns seriously and it shows. There are plenty of new (and overly expensive) beautiful buildings around the cities. I find it to be pricey, but it’s worth it. I’ve lived in numerous different properties over the years and this way better than anywhere else. They know everyone’s name which is just wild. Okay real talk: It’s not very noisy and you can’t hear neighbors much aside from if you’re in the hallway. The parking is quite hellish in the evenings and weekends though with an indoor spot costing $100 at the time of writing. You can smell the wonders of SSP when the wind blows the right way. Doesn’t happen too often and I think the city is fining the plant for it, but it does happen.

This was one of few apartment complexes that actually answered the phone when I called (or had the professional courtesy to at least call me back). Everyone on staff is incredibly friendly, the property is perfect, I am so glad that I chose this place over the other options available.

Not only that but the mix of community engagement and activities that happen on this property make studio living a lot more exciting! Very clean property, amazing walking trails not too far away, and amazing people all around!
