Beautiful homes, but the customer service is very disappointing and unkind! The sales groups are quick to be dismissive and often make side comments, which really detracts from the overall experience. Will be looking into other new builds .

Disappointed with Quality and Service – Proceed with Caution Unfortunately, the materials used to build this townhome are extremely low quality. I’ve had multiple water leaks inside the front and back doors, as well as leaks in all the corners of the first floor. This is unacceptable for a home that’s not even 1-2 years old—water is already coming in through the walls! How does this even happen in a new build? And it’s not just the leaks. I’m starting to wonder what else they cheaped out on. Take the HVAC system, for example: both the AC and furnace are poorly installed or underpowered. There’s literally a 10-20 degree difference between my upstairs and downstairs, no matter how much I try to manage it. I run the fan 24/7, and it’s still impossible to maintain a comfortable temperature throughout the house. Don’t believe me? Buy a unit and see how frustrating it is to try to control the temperature inside. The customer service has been another nightmare. Before you buy, everyone is super helpful, responsive, and eager to answer questions. But once you’ve signed on the dotted line, it’s like they disappear. Communication is terrible, and even the smallest issues take months for them to respond to—let alone fix. I can’t count how many times I’ve had to follow up just to get the bare minimum done. Overall, this has been a horrible experience with Pulte. A new home should feel like an investment in comfort and quality, but instead, I feel stuck with a property that already has so many issues. I wouldn’t recommend buying from them unless you’re ready to deal with endless frustrations and subpar workmanship.

The team responsible for fixing items under the one-year warranty has been extremely disappointing. They are unresponsive, lack effective communication, and the contractors they hire often leave jobs incomplete or in worse condition than before. Their strategy involves having the sales team assure buyers that all issues will be taken care of under a one-year warranty, creating a sense of security. However, the sales team is not connected to the repair team, which is where the problems begin. After you make the down payment, they promise to address any issues found before the purchase. But over a year goes by, and the repairs remain undone. When you contact their managers, they prove to be equally ineffective. Save yourself the headache and consider looking for a townhome elsewhere.

I have yet fully moved into my townhome (gradual process). I will update my review after my first year. All my concerns were addressed prior to my closing date. The team is quick to respond to your concerns and answer your questions. The location is not what I wanted at first but it is going to be amazing with all the new attractions and businesses coming in the near future.
