Pulte homes has always been known for shitty construction and it shows in your new construction. You can’t even make that look good for a couple of weeks, huh?

We were immediately greeted with annoyance and disgust by the sales person after walking in. The sign on the door said 11-6pm, but some of the first and almost only words out of her mouth were, “You won’t have enough time to tour all three homes.” We certainly didn’t want to be rude, but my husband looked down at his phone and it read 5:39pm. Shocked at the actual time and her attitude my husband said, I think we will have enough time. The models were all connected and not very large. My two daughters and I quickly went upstairs to look at the first model and my husband stayed downstairs to look at specs and pricing. He said when he asked the agent about the HOA she didn’t even turn around to answer him. She flippantly called out a number while looking at her computer screen from her office. There was nobody else in the building. It was just us. Finally, completely fed up with her dismissiveness, my husband confronted her by saying, “We don’t look like buyers to you, do we?” Only then did she become apologetic. We have never been so discriminated against in all of our 20 years of living here. I sincerely hope a manger will have a serious conversation with her on how to treat people with respect and common courtesy and then maybe she will think twice about profiling people in the future.

Agent in this office was dismissive and made us truly feel like we were inconveniencing her while we were touring the townhomes. We were the only ones in the model townhome(s) the entire time. Not a pleasant experience at all. Usually Real Estate Agents are eager and interested in helping. Not this one. I was in contact with Pulte Homes Customer Service and I hope they are working on this. At least they were responsive to reaching our and finding out what happened while we were there.

For a bikable community the show room sure is not bike friendly. I happened to nearby at the playground, and wanted to tour. I didn’t have a lock for my bike, so figured it wouldn’t be a big deal to leave my clean bike in the empty, concrete floored showroom tucked out of the way. Nope. I was wrong. I was immediately ushered out. Nothing like shooing away a potential customer who’d be attracted to a bikable community.

Went through on Sunday to take a look the model room . Really awful sales. Try to keep a huge distance when we want to ask question. Are u kidding? No introduction no smiling no greetings . Just said u could look around by yourself. This is 1m townhouse really worth a better service than current.
