We live close by the Row Home Models and did visit when they were first opened to the public, and have visited several times since. As a builder in my previous work life I did look carefully behind the staging and didn't find any serious issues. I'm assuming the cosmetic flaws have been fixed.
Market demand is driving pricing and I'm sure as 200-300 more Row Homes are built we will see if the market causes a pricing adjustment. Exciting development! Love the new water feature and the connection to Hidden Falls!
