  Parking sucks, my apartment flooded twice and I only lived there one year. When I reported it to the maintenance man all he said was that he would tell the people up stairs to not use their bathroom. The property was always covered with trash. The neighborhood is terrible. Management was only there a few hours a day and not every day. The apartments are small and the rent is high. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

  Located in a crummy area. The building and units themselves are nice clean, up to date, and reasonably sized . The management was good to me. Parking accommodations were horrible. If you did not have a garage space they only offered 12 parking spaces. Their over flow parking was shared with a school that often had events leaving no reserved parking for tenants.

  This place has the worst customer service I have ever witnessed! First why does it take two weeks before you could view the place ??? I tried calling this lame company for a straight week trying to get the time for my appointment that had been set , and the day of I finally get a call to say the apartment had been taken !!! So why would you tell a potential resident that you have ... I'm done blasting these poor excuses for customer service, YOU GIVE PEOPLE LIKE MYSELF IN CUSTOMER SERVICE A BAD NAME!!!
