DO NOT LIVE HERE. We have a family friend who spent night without AC in the summer, heat in the winter and was never compensated or given credit. Imagine calling something luxury but your emergency call line goes to a 3rd party, 2 hours away. We were ready to move in with our family, but hearing how they treated our friend was the last straw. The hot tub is ALWAYS closed, "4 weeks until they get parts". Sadly I don't even blame the innocent front desk girls, but sadly management is running this like a 7-11. STAY AWAY

First & foremost, I have delayed going public with my frustrations to allow ample time for management to rectify their continuous failures. It is clear they have no interest in mending relationships. I am writing to publicly express my dissatisfaction with the Nash. To summarize, this property is a prime example of ‘you can put lipstick on a pig, but it’s still a pig.’ Advertised as ‘luxury living’ is a complete scam. Yes, you can open your garage door through a mobile app. But you won’t have air conditioning during the hottest months of the year. Yes, you are given key fob access to the neglected & grimy fitness space. But you can’t run the dish washer & washing machine at the same time without blowing a fuse. Yes, you can pay rent right on your phone. But you don’t have screens on your windows making them useless when looking for reprieve when you’re A/C is broke. Yes, maintenance will quickly respond to a request. But the next few weeks will be filled with explanations, excuses, silence—with nothing actually getting done. Yes, there is a pool & hot tub. But the pool’s heater doesn’t work so the water is ice cold & the hot tub has been ‘waiting on parts’ since July. The comedy of errors continue at every turn & management passes the buck. They provide a product which I pay for every month in full. However, the ‘product’ is deplorable. Avoid this place at all costs. The ramshackle complex is substandard, as is the management running it. Oh, I also forgot to mention the heat in my unit went out during the first cold spell of the year…

Don’t be fooled by the new construction — it’s all show. Empty promises from day one. We moved in while construction was still finishing around the complex and gave plenty of grace, understanding that new properties have kinks to work out. Since moving in this past May, the only consistently positive part of living here has been the maintenance team — and that’s saying something, considering how often they’ve had to come out due to poor construction. We still haven’t received window screens. Our front door leaks. The windows leak. Now that it’s colder, the drafts throughout the apartment are endless. The so-called “resort-style” pool was only half-functional for part of the summer, and the spa stayed closed and taped off the entire season. They laid sod over ungraded soil, so every rainfall leaves huge puddles and standing water. Walking down the sidewalks often means stepping through mud and foul-smelling water. It’s clear that corners were cut everywhere, and residents are left to deal with the consequences. And honestly — this is only scratching the surface. To say we’re disappointed with our choice to move here is an understatement. We expected better — basic livability, honesty, and a management team that follows through. Instead, it’s been nothing but empty promises.

Overall, the place is pretty good. Front office management is great. Very professional and friendly. We’re not pleased with neighbors who have been somewhat rude and made unsubstantiated, false accusations. But such is apartment living. Not a fan of the garage setup or garbage service either. The apartment (2nd floor, 3 bedroom 2 bath) is quite roomy with nice layout. Nice pool area with grill, etc.. Nothing is perfect but overall it’s very comfortable and we plan on staying for foreseeable future. Randy

I’m disappointed in my living experience at The Nash. I was under the impression there would be more opportunities to meet other tenants through social events. But the only two things I know of that happened were a barbecue and a donut truck with not much advance notice to attend the barbecue. My other complaints are the hot tub has never been open since we moved in and the community room has never been available to reserve. I feel like we’re paying for these things, but not getting these services. Ideally, I would want a rent reduction due to these things. Not the living standards I was expecting with the amount of rent I am paying. Also I can hear the people above me as if they are living in my home.
