My first 3 months at the Nash have been great. Compared to the high density apartments I previously lived in, this complex offers peace and quiet I was desperately searching for. Management is responsive and kind and the maintenance team mirrors that experience. My biggest gripe with my old apartment was parking and other renters smoking. With a private garage, and low density apartments, none of those issues are a problem here. The apartments are brand new, and literally smell like new. However build quality is not the best, with noticeable errors in trim, drawers, missing window screens etc. This is less of a concern for me though, as it’s a rental and most of the errors are aesthetic. The maintenance team fixed any issues I had within a week or 2 of moving in as well. I expect screens will be installed on this apartment when the weather improves. Having Trash valet services daily is a nice feature too, and beats a gross trash shoot any day. So outside of the few gripes with construction quality, I can happily say so far, the Nash has been a great experience and am very glad I chose this apartment.
I enjoy this townhome complex for many reasons, but as with anything there are opportunities. The construction of the units is very very poor, from sparking outlets, paper thin walls, and doors/windows that aren’t sealed. Not to mention paint overspray in many places, along with gunk on the floors that won’t come up no matter the elbow grease.
To anyone considering a unit facing the street, you will hear everything happening outside your windows. Including vehicles loud or quiet starting/driving, people having normal volume conversations, snow removal, lawn care, even almost silent sprinklers. I live on an upper level unit, but can imagine lower levels are quite noisy given the construction quality. Additionally, if have toured the property you’ll know how tiny the garages are. Looks are not mistaking.
Management at this moment is great, everyone is pleasant to deal with in person, and over phone/email. Snow removal is an area that could be improved on. Along with road and sidewalks being “salted sparingly” direct quote, so expect it to be slippery. “Valet Trash” removal is a joke, along with recycling that just recently got added but not always picked up. Trash is always over flowing in the back of the property to the point of stinking up the complex depending on how bad it’s gotten. Please for your future tenants invest in better, I believe this is a sub contractor but explore other options.
Fitness areas and community spaces are actually pretty nice. 4 stars in this area because the hot tub never opened and tenants had no explanation of why.
Otherwise the community has been safe, friendly, and quiet. The location is convenient. Overall it’s been a good experience living here, but there are a few things I would have liked to know prior to move in.
They care about profits over resident safety, they NEVER salt side-walks or roads. I also believe this is illegal, imagine old person falling, that can be fatal or lead to death... like seriously... and the snow removal service is dog water, horrible, you have to complain for them remove snow, and the companies they hire do bad job, like what is going on here!!??? (the front desk people are nice) - but avoid this place, please... if your old, avoid this place, its actually hazard to your health.
I cannot recommend Selena highly enough! She is, without a doubt, one of the most professional, dedicated, and genuinely kind leasing agents I’ve ever worked with in my 40+ years of renting. From the very beginning, she went above and beyond to make the entire process smooth and stress-free. Even after coming back from the office being closed for two days and being completely swamped, she handled everything with patience, grace, and a smile.
If you want an agent who not only gets the job done but truly cares about your experience, Selena is the one. She is professional, kind, and attentive, providing exactly the level of service you would hope for. Don’t just take the reviews at face value—come see for yourself. I am so grateful for her support and can’t recommend her highly enough!

Trust me—you don’t want to live here.
Our 7 months at this property have been nothing short of disappointing. I was genuinely excited to move into a brand-new complex and had high expectations based on the promises made to us (even though my wife was hesitant). Unfortunately, what we actually experienced was a series of empty promises and a clear lack of care for residents from day one.
Empty Promise #1: The Dog Run
We were told the dog run—an amenity we pay extra for—would have artificial grass installed at no cost to us. That never happened. Instead, we received a $40 credit and ended up putting down mulch ourselves.
Empty Promise #2: Window Screens
You wouldn’t think window screens would be complicated, but apparently they are here. We, along with many other residents, were told multiple times that new screens would be installed. They never were. While our A/C worked through the hot summer (some residents had no A/C and had to resort to just a window A/C) we couldn’t enjoy fresh air without running it constantly. Stop promising things that aren’t delivered.
Empty Promise #3: “Resort-Style” Pool & Hot Tub
There was no working hot tub—just a roped-off area with yellow caution tape. Each time we asked, we were told it would be open “in the coming weeks.” Weeks turned into months. Another broken promise.
Empty Promise #4: No Gas Bill
We were explicitly told we would not receive a gas bill. That was simply untrue. Out of nowhere, gas charges began appearing on our monthly statement.
On top of the empty promises, the rent here is extremely high for what you actually get. What you see when signing your lease is NOT what you end up paying.
The so-called “resort-style amenities” are poorly maintained. The fitness center and yoga/spin room are often neglected—the fitness mirror, for example, has never worked. The community space is almost never available, and even when it is, it can only be open if someone is physically there to staff it.
The Valet trash is a joke. While we try to adhere to the rules, a lot of people do not, so you end up seeing PILES of trash outside peoples front door / garage and throughout the entire property.
The walls of this complex are paper thin. While we are lucky to have great upstairs neighbors, I can hear every conversation they have when they are in their stairwell.
The one positive: maintenance.
The maintenance team is fantastic—fast, friendly, and willing to go above and beyond. They are the only redeeming part of living here.
Bottom line: This complex overpromises, underdelivers, and charges luxury prices for subpar amenities. I wish we had known before moving in.
Be aware of the empty promises and STAY AWAY!!!!
PS - you should ask your tenants to review AFTER they have stayed here for more than one week. It is then that you will get a true honest review.
