We broke contract a couple months prior to our lease ending. Didn't feel safe with random people parking in our PAID lot and walking all over. People were having loud parties on their balconies and in the pool area. It was nice at first but sadly we had enough. Don't get me wrong the building was gorgeous but security should've been more reinforced along with sending out fees for people not listening to simple rules.

Stay far away from this property. For nearly $2,500 per month, I expected a safe and secure living environment but the opposite has been true. Shortly after moving in, I returned home to find my internet line had been cut, which appeared to be done intentionally with a blade. Not long after, both my heat and gas were shut off without explanation. The complex could not provide any reason for the outage other than it was physically turned off and may have been forgotten to be turned back on. There have also been concerning security incidents in what is supposed to be a secure parking area including strangers recording videos of my vehicle and license plate without permission and posting them to their social media post. I have also experienced mail from the veterans administration department, arriving already opened, which is a federal offense, and damage to my apartment door that looked like someone attempted to force entry. Due to all of this, I have had to install cameras inside my own apartment just to feel somewhat safe which should never be necessary in a building at this price point. Additionally, I was told security was a top priority when leasing, but recent information I received suggests that the management has shifted focus to quickly filling units instead of maintaining safety or properly addressing resident concerns. I will be ending my tenancy when my lease expires if not sooner, should any further illegal or unsafe incidents occur and will pursue legal action if necessary.
