You really should add stop signs to your exits. Too many residents just speed out. I've had to slam on my brakes multiple times to avoid hitting someone.

Be very careful when signing A lease in this complex. They will get you for every last penny. Also, they go back on their word constantly so never believe them unless you get it in writing. They will lie to you and tell you that everything is paid and then weeks later tell you that you still owe more money. Terrible business model. Run.!! UPDATE: Just a response to The Exchange Apartments (Owner)'s comment: Everything is in the contract. However, when the building manager tells you something and says one thing, you take that to heart and assume a concession is being made. This occurred not once, but twice, when a dollar amount was specified and then, weeks later, retracted as an error. When does it stop. And when, as management, do you agree that the error was on your part and your tenant should not have to pay (literally) for your mistakes. Very poor business model.

I have lived here since its opening. It was a nice place to start and then turned into a loud, pot smoking, dirty cesspool. The people who live here seem to party until 2-3am regardless of week night, yelling in the hallways, blasting music, and slamming doors. The floors are constantly covered in what appears to be barf or feces on the weekends. People have very loud gatherings in the main lobby late a night. I’ve woken up numerous times to what I thought was a gunshot, but I am guessing it’s just someone at cowboy jacks or slamming their door. Despite that, the apartments themselves are nice, and the location is okay. If management removed the bad tenants this would be a nice place to live. The other reviews that describe the bad conditions are correct. Also, according to YouTube, the lock brand on all the apartments can be opened with a paperclip. Never tried it but perhaps management should look into it.

Parties multiple times per week going on till 3am. Fighting and yelling in the hallways. Reeked like weed on a daily basis. Management never did anything about it. Almost 2 grand a month to live here and I couldn’t even enjoy it. Looks nice on the outside but horrible on the inside. If ur smart don’t live here.
