    I've lived in Brighton oaks since June 2025. The apartment is fine and amenities are nice, but the noise level is completely out of control. My unit is right next to the garbage chute, and people bang around throwing trash at all hours of the night, constantly waking me up. Management refuses to implement basic solutions, like locking the chute after 10 PM the same way they do for the gym. Their excuse that it's "against the law" is simply not true. They have shown zero willingness to address a chronic noise issue that is severely impacting my quality of life. Unless you want zero sleep and management that ignores legitimate noise complaints, look elsewhere. Avoid units near the chute at all costs.

    DO NOT MOVE HERE!!!! There are many reasons why I would not recommend anyone moving to Brighton Oaks. Firstly, the management is absolutely terrible. Bonnie is no help whatsoever and will either blow off your issues or just won't address them, as well as Renee, who makes excuses for the many things wrong with this place. Secondly, it is filthy and disgusting. There is trash constantly on the floor in the trash room because the other residents are too lazy to throw it down the chute two feet away. There are cockroaches, which I had to get my unit sprayed for twice. Which meant I had to take EVERYTHING out of my cupboards and cabenets. Thirdly, the police are always here and there have been a handful of times where people were getting arrested right outside my windows. And there are constantly children running up and down the halls, bouncing balls, and screaming. And the visitor parking situation is terrible, there are 6 spots and many residents park their second cars there so you can't utilize them, and there is no street parking, so you can't have anyone stay past 10pm. I would give this place negative stars if possible. Again, do not move here.

    If i could give it Zero i would! I am writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction with my experience living at this property. I have found the management to be incredibly UNPROFESSIONAL, Rude very HORRIBLE and I have experienced multiple instances of staff entering my unit without proper notice. Marijuana oder everywhere My tenancy here has been the worst of all the places I have lived. I strongly advise any prospective renters who value their rights and expect to be treated with respect to seek housing elsewhere.

    This place raised the rent to $1799 for a two-bedroom which makes anyone not want to rent unless they have government assistance.
