  We told them that our bathroom ceiling was leaking, they didn't fix it until the ceiling caved in, we also have had no power in our garage for several months

  Smells, dirty, trash every where. Staff seemed uninterested in giving me a tour. Didn't feel safe there.

  I lived here for 11 years and it used to be a great place to live. In the last year, it went so downhill that it drove me to move out in January. inconsistent communication. Constant issues with the plumbing and the water turned off with no warning. At one point, I received an e-mail that my bathtub needed to be replaced after contractors had been in my apartment a couple weeks before. I had no idea contractors were in my apartment as I was never notified. After they replaced it, the job wasn’t finished and my bathroom was left a huge mess. The insulation was all exposed and nothing was put back together. I reached out to management with messages and was ignored. I was forced to use an unfinished shower for several months and by the time I moved out , the problem still was not addressed. This is just 1 example of the many issues I encountered before I moved out. Gas leaks, no ability to cook for days at a time, no heat in the middle of winter, all washer/dryers out of order. When I moved out, nobody would respond to me about anything. I asked about my security deposit and my CRP with no answer. I ended up putting my keys in an envelope, labeling them and putting them in the drop box after moving out of my apartment. No walk thru or anything was done and I felt I had no choice but to leave without any move out directions or communication. As of now, I still have not received my CRP from them. Now, I just started receiving emails from them about my final bill not being paid. I apparently am being charged a move out cleaning fee for 300 plus dollars with a late fee attached even though I had no idea I was being charged a cleaning fee to begin with. They never did respond to me about returning my damage deposit either. They apparently saw the emails though because they sent my final utility bill to my new address that I provided them when requesting my CRP and damage deposit. I DO NOT recommend living in the Grandview apartments. Just a couple years ago, I would have recommended it being a great place but not anymore.
