I’ve only needed maintenance once, and the request was handled quickly and efficiently. However, since the manager Diamond left for some time the new management’s communication is severely lacking. 1. They are consistently late in notifying residents about building issues. For example, garage doors have been left open and common-area lights have been out due to storms — and residents were informed weeks later. It’s not the timing of the repairs that’s the problem (I understand that depends on vendor availability), but the fact that we are not notified when these issues occur. We often find out only by experiencing them firsthand — like having to walk down two flights of stairs in complete darkness. 2. Reaching management requires constant follow-up. I’ve emailed three times through the resident portal and once by regular email, and I still haven’t received a single response. That’s not just inconvenient — it’s frustrating and unprofessional. There are very few issues with the property itself, but the lack of communication from management is a major one. Once you see this review, please respond to the three emails I sent last week — not just the review.

When several things broke during the summer (fridge, air conditioning, washer), the maintenance team responded very quickly. The apartment itself has a lot of great amenities; I particularly enjoyed practicing my violin in the club room on Floor -2 because the space had a lot of natural light and was very open, so the sound reverberated well.

This building is a big joke and I regret moving here every day. How are we supposed to feel safe in a building where they leave the garage doors open 24/7 instead of fixing them? And then this type of thing happens, we pay $50/$75 per month for parking spot and we don't even know if our cars will be there! That’s a big joke.
