- HMhaha mimSep 1, 20251.0top 10 worst decisions i’ve ever made in my life is making the choice to move to this complex. the amount of things wrong with my family and i’s experience greatly outweighs any pro we’ve had. the management in this place disappears once your rent payment cashes in; the lack of care each new set of management they get every year gets worse and worse somehow. the ridiculous teenagers in this complex steal every one of your packages, bicycles, devices in your vehicles—everything you own that has any ounce of value. what does management do? not a thing. your concerns are disregarded, your complaints are set aside, genuinely a disaster of a living experience. there’s constantly gunshots, police show up every single day, there’s human feces and pee in every amenity, there’s been multiple incidents of car theft and destruction of the garage door. save your rent money and put in the few extra hundreds a month to live somewhere where your life and time is valued more than your money.

Everything will seem rosey while your applying but how residents are treated once that lease is signed is very telling. They get bonuses based on occupancy. The photos & amenities look great, but I'd avoid this place.

Communication was the worst ever, majority were via email, responses were inconsistent from different staff members which was very confusing. Every other day it was a request for a different document which I complied with. I was ensured that everything was going as planned, I was even assigned an apartment # with a move in date of 11/15/20 , I had furniture delivery dates, purchased all household items based on the layout of the apartment, last documentation requested 11/6/20 which required notarization with a deadline of 0900 was sent 11/9/20. No response ,I initiated a call to them 11/13/20 only to be given a very calm '' you were denied" ,when was someone going to contact me with a move in date in 2 days? I was devastated I had to leave the place I was at I had given them my move out day. Without anyplace to go, this being my 1st Apartment was the worst experience ever. I am now displaced thanks to this establishment. I requested my deposit as soon as possible ,considering my situation. I was informed it would take 3 weeks. No decent humanity or empathy was given at all. The only reason I rated 1 star it wouldn't allow me to post with 0 stars. -Destiny Thomas
