- STStephanie TrepanierMay 24, 20232.0I’m giving this apartment a 2 star rating as the building is nice (did smell like marijuana in the halls) when I was there to see the property however and help a tenant, while viewing the property & helping, I parked in the further tenant spot in the ally out back (there is zero parking at this property unless you pay for underground parking) and the owner/manager had my car towed. This was a huge inconvenience and stressful experience for me and now I am out $300 for a tow and will not be contacting management about a proper viewing and renting. The signs say it’s for future tenant parking other wise it doesn’t say anything about No parking.
