The location is also close to shopping stores, restaurants, church, transportation and the beach. I highly recommend this gemš

I had to buy a dehumidifier for the summer because my apt was at ~90% humidity. Shower/sinks have very low pressure. Onsite management changed three times within a year. Maintenance person was nice. I donāt think most reviews on here are from actual tenants. They may also have the honest oneās flagged.
