  The apartment itself was great. Nice appliances, very spacious, good layout. The main lounge area is also really nice. Pool table, fireplace, kitchenette. They lose stars for the maintenance of the grounds. Aside from frequent litter, there are dog feces everywhere and upper management decided to have residents police each other for a rent credit to try and solve the problem :(. The dog waste receptacles frequently overflow and residents are forced to just leave their dog feces bags on the ground. My dog and at least one other contracted giardia while living here. The Luxor system is great, but they don't have enough lockers for the amount of residents so I heard of multiple times packages got stolen. My interactions with the staff on the premise have always been very courteous and friendly and they will smile and greet you when pass in the hallway.

  Great staff! The staff has been so helpful and great with the moving process. They answered all of our questions and requests in a great timely manner. The townhomes are so cute and clean with great space. The community has great amenities such as the pool, dog parks, and 24/7 fitness center. A lot of the other residents have dogs too, so there is fun pet activities with the neighbors. Overall, we really enjoy this community so far!

  I am a current Resident at the Liberty and will not be renewing my lease. I am very eager to move out. As a young Professional I would not recommend The Liberty to any of my Colleagues. As a Black Software Engineer I would recommend that all current on site management take a sensitivity course on Racial Diversity and Inclusion. Since I have moved here I have felt a target on my back and have experienced numerous incidents in which equate to no longer feeling welcome on this property. My friend is not allowed to visit with her ESA dog because there is a 0 Pitbull policy. Your dog can be 1% Staffordshire Bull Terrier and if seen visiting the property there will be hefty repercussions one of them being a nasty email from Kelly. Yet the dog park has so many aggressive dogs and yet complaints are constantly overlooked. I have had fantastic conversations with the property manager who drives a Tesla. He Is a fantastic owner and is extremely kind with every experience I have had running into him has been nothing but the out most respect. I wish he worked at the office instead. It is extremely unfortunate that I refuse to step into the office for even a small question because the atmosphere is unfriendly and unwelcoming. I was just accused and received a very hateful email stating there are numerous complaints from my neighbors of a Mariujuana odor from my unit. Something like that without proof I am surprised any property manager would put that in writing because it is quite provocative and leaves them open to a lawsuit for all sorts of things. I wish I could show the email I received. With absolutely no proof I was pin pointed and accused of such an illegal act. I surely hope with complaints that every tenant on that floor level would have received a fair warning notification but Kelley specifically stated via email Police would be called to my specific unit the next time there is a complaint. I would have asked for exact times of the supposed disturbances and also ask who but I decided to hold my breath. I travel for work and only spend 20 days out of the month at home plus I have less then 90 days left living here I will not be going out of my way! They were not courteous enough to contact me via phone first so I absolutely knew it was time to re-examine living here. The last and final straw for me was having a Golden Valley Police officer ask If I lived on the property. Out on my normal walk when a police car shows up to ask that I verify I lived here. He told me he was responding to a complaint from a resident who called the police on me poorly off of suspicion. He stated he is constantly having to dispatch to this area because The Liberty residents are always calling the police on African-American children that play too close to this property. From the residents they allow to move in to the property all the way to the Kelly and Ashley that work in the office.There is absolutely no Diversity and Inclusion here. You all have made my experience living here extremely difficult and unpleasant. I will not be staying where I am not wanted.

  My husband and I moved into The Liberty in August 2018 and have loved it! This was our first experience renting a space in a brand new facility and we couldn't be more pleased. The amenities are great and the staff has been professional and prompt from day one. Ashley was our main point of contact when we originally toured the property last spring; she was quick to respond to our questions and made us feel at home from the start. Kelly and Jabril are always a pleasure to work with too! In fact when my husband and I hosted a party in the Clubhouse this past Fall, Jabril made sure that the space was ready to go and personally greeted us to ensure we had everything we needed. Thanks for all that you do!

  I have lived here in a single level townhouse now for about (9) months and I absolutely love it! Why; great question: The staff and management are absolutely true professionals and very attentive to the needs of their residents. They keep everything clean and it’s really upscale living - from the apartments to the townhomes. The neighbors are kind and wonderful people. Excellent location! They offer fun resident events; most recently bingo night with food and prizes - this was not just an event for singles it was an event for all singles, cuppples and the entire family... The staff thought of everything and everyone for this event! I love where I live and I’m sure if you lived here you would too! So if your looking for something modern with a ton of amazing and high-end touches - from the gym to club house to the countless others - you should really look no further! Thanks staff and Kelly for making my home and the community so darn amazing!
