The HVAC they use is a kid that has never gone to school for HVAC nor is he bonded and this company is allowing this! Management has initiated demolition of unlivable conditions, where water has been shut off for days, in addition to living in filthy and dangerous conditions. Good luck sleeping, or if you work from home, due to the loud hammering and drilling. However, tenants still need to pay $2,000 for a 1-bedroom even though you don't have access to the amenities. Read about Centerpoint, the owners, they have a rating of 1! A class action is needed and a complaint to the tenant association. Thefts are common, and it is not uncommon to see someone urinating in front of the building late at night. You can do better by looking somewhere else.
