  I’ve rented from Bigos since 2021 and have lived at three of their properties. The management is not always on site, but when they are, they are helpful and friendly. Did encounter some extremely odd and potentially dangerous neighbors while I lived here. The building is not old but we had some problems with the plumbing. The maintenance man is my favorite and always greeted our cats and left communications for us, so we were never left hanging. They charge reasonable rent for the location but there are no on site amenities except laundry and storage, and I think they added grills. I have seen some reviews about dishonest dealings, but I have never found Bigos property managers to be shady in any way.

  The worst rental experience of my life. I lived at Northeast Villas (managed by Bigos), and leaving was like getting scammed in broad daylight. I paid my full security deposit. I paid all my utilities during my lease. And yet, after moving out, they charged me over $300, claiming I owed for utilities I already paid! Then came the most ridiculous part — they charged me $650+ to replace carpet that was only a few years old and still in good condition. It’s like they refresh the units at the tenant’s expense. On top of that, they threw in extra charges for cleaning, blinds, admin fees, and whatever else they could come up with — all with no real proof or fair explanation. This company clearly has a system in place to drain money from tenants once they leave. They do not respect you, your time, or your money. If you care about being treated fairly, do not rent here. Save yourself the stress, the headache, and the feeling of being robbed. Bigos is the most dishonest and money-hungry property management company I’ve ever dealt with.

  I was there for a short time. The complex is going through changes, they are doing a lot of work to update the place.
