  I’ve had a great experience living in this building. The customer service is excellent — management is responsive, helpful, and genuinely cares about residents. The building is always clean and well-maintained, with a fresh, minty scent that makes it feel welcoming every time you walk in. Overall, a very comfortable and pleasant place to live, Big shout out to Toshia :)

  You guys have honestly given me PTSD through our interactions as far as managing in the housing industry!! I truly and genuinely hope you do better!! Don't ask me anything else I have nothing positive to say I hated everything about living here and I wouldn’t recommend your property to a desperate homeless person! HONESTLY

  ⭐ 0/5 – Extremely Unprofessional Front Office Interaction I came by today around 2:30 PM to retrieve a package that Amazon mistakenly delivered to my former address. The delivery photo confirmed it was dropped at this location. When I spoke with the office staff, the woman working immediately said they “don’t accept packages.” After giving my name, she became argumentative and told me to stop “getting smart.” Moments later, she brought out my package — contradicting what she had just said. As I walked away, she began yelling across the parking lot telling me to “make sure my packages go to the right address.” I had witnesses on the phone recording the entire incident. Her attitude and lack of professionalism were unacceptable. This behavior reflects poorly on management and the overall community.

  I have lived here for many years. Over the last 4 or so years there have been some changes in ownership. Things changed for the better however it was difficult at first, the new policies, staff and way things were done. Over time it has proven to be a great change, Toshia and Candice in the office are a pleasure to work with and are knowledgeable. They do their best to enforce rules and are consistent when it comes to things around the building. Paul and Quinn are on top of your work orders when they come in. I look forward to continuing to see the positive things that happen here.
