- AKAmber Konkler6 days ago5.0The apartments have wonderful amenities ( especially in unit washer and dryer) and building amenities ( such as summer pool or beautiful grill kitchen on the roof). Management and maintenance is incredibly responsive and any issues are dealt with quickly! Friendly neighbors and lovely quiet location.

- EAErica AllenDec 8, 20251.0I lived in this building for three years. Paid the first of the month every month for 3 years. During my time the hallways smelled like pot, dog poop was left outside of the building for months, my apartment flooded and I warned it was flooding. To top it off I paid professionals to clean only to be charged cleaning again. Also, at no time were all amenities fully functioning from coffee, to elevators to vending machines to the pool and hot tub. Very disappointed. Below are pictures of what my unit looked like after I paid professionals and they still kept my security deposit.
