I have called multiple times and sent emails and still no solution. It has almost been a month since I confirmed my address so that they could mail a check out even though they took the money electronically. 11/14/2025: still nothing no refund or call 11/25/2025: I’ve made multiple calls to the office and all I get back is “the office manager isn’t in I’ll call you back once they get back to me “ I’ve sent a couple emails after 11/14/2025 and still nothing. 12/3/2025: I called and I swear I got the same person yesterday 12/2/2025 and I just called about 20 minutes ago and had to leave another message 12/5/2025 : I called yet again nothing at this point you call me. I want to come pick up my check because this is ridiculous. 12/11/2025: still no update no response to my emails or a call backs had to file a complaint with the BBB. Will be calling the city tomorrow to see if there is anything they can do to help. It’s illegal to hold peoples money.
