- JBJ. BApr 11, 20252.0Don’t be fooled by the amenities, this place is not great smh. Manager is nice but this place is run by the tenants and not managed well at all. Office is always closed, maintenance is slow- it takes 2 weeks for anything to get fixed and there is no communication AT ALL with tenants about repairs. Moved in and the apt was obviously not ready, things break every month. God forbid you have a maintenance emergency, (I did) no one comes. Everything is dirty, laundry rooms are gross and unkempt, garbage piles up, 1st floor apts have mice and ants, ice was left on the stairs most times during winter, All the outlets suck and are loose/don’t work, the list goes on! wish I knew all this before signing a lease 🥲 Pros- Apt layouts are cool, amenities (gym and pool area), neighbors are friendly and don’t bother you
