- NNNadine.KSep 30, 20254.0Aspenwoods is connected to a beautiful pond and walking trails. My apartment is very nice and homey with updated cabinets and appliances. Underground parking, fitness center. The staff are very friendly every resident I have met in the hallway or outside are friendly. My largest concern is the parking lots have no speed bumps and there are frequent careless, speeding cars in the parking lot. Many residents or their children are disrespectful of the property and are noisy in the hallways and litter and spill both inside and outside. The management is doing the best they can and there is only one maintenance worker at this time. Besides the frequent young-adult groups being loud, the speeding and honking - mostly after hours and weekends - in the parking lot and the few inconsiderate residents and/or their children not treating the property respectfully by littering, not cleaning up after themselves and acting unruly, This is a great place to live and the residents I have met are very friendly. I feel safe here as well.

We did move in at the 1st of the month, maybe that part is normal, but we had 3 other families moving in the same time as us and one small elevator, otherwise you use the stairs . Which did make it a little difficult. Otherwise, everything else was smooth.
- EEEJul 18, 20255.0came from cities so having a free garage spot and lot parking was main selling point for me but lots of places to eat and shop and close to my work and moa and has just the right amount of amenities for me staff is helpful they have been updating outsides of apartments since i move here so have fresh paint and they shampoo the carpets in hallways i like it here
