    Renae Lay was our mortgage lender for our new condo loan. She was the third lender we tried, as condos can be tricky to finance. Wings offers portfolio loans which we needed! She was professional, knowledgeable and a very nice young lady! A beautiful experience which finally got us our condo!

    My husband and I are members of Wings Financial, including with our current mortgage, and had signed up for a few free Wings sponsored home sellers and new home owners workshops. We met several wonderful Wings representatives that helped us out in sorting through the whole buyers and sellers process. Through one of our Wings workshops we met Renae Lay, who eventually became our mortgage loan office and who also came highly recommended from others in the field. Renae was so very helpful in explaining (and many times patiently re-explaining) the whole mortgage loan process and made us feel very comfortable about the decisions we were making. Renae was very flexible and always open to answering via email or Zoom meetings, any questions and concerns we had along the way. We feel very lucky to have found such a thorough, knowledgeable, and friendly mortgage loan officer to help us through the new buying (and selling) experience from the start blocks, closing process to the final home inspection of a new build home!

    Kelly Gut was great to work with from start to finish. She was steady, responsive, and kept things moving throughout the entire process of helping my buyers close on their multi-family home. I’d expect nothing less from one of my favorite mortgage lenders in the Twin Cities. Would gladly work together again.
