    My memories at this place are bittersweet. This was the first apartment me and boyfriend lived together in. It's the apartment where we got our 2 cats. Management here is great, they aren't pushy or too 'in your business'. The pond area is beautiful and attracts some cool animals in the spring/summer. Underground parking for free was absolutely wonderful. My only qualms are about the apartment itself but more so about its old age. It doesn't have the greatest ventilation etc. Very nice for a first apartment out of high school though. Terry is awesome, reasonable, and tries her best to work with you instead of against you. Their maintenance staff could be way better but honestly, I don't regret living here at all. It was wonderful and prepared me a little more for what else is to come in the future. Thank you Valley Pond!! <3

    Great location nearby all my favorite amenities and near hwy 77 easy to get to work. Really appreciate Terri for all the resident events she has done! Keep up the good work

    The staff of LLC cleaning crew have found it very pleasant to work with Terry . She is always on top of ordering supplies we need as well as giving us details to make are job better and more proficient. The level of professionalism is top notch.this makes for a great day as well as work environment that we look forward to continuing a five star job for for valley pond community.

    I've been living here just over a year. I love it! The area is awesome (away from the hustle and bustle of downtown Apple Valley). The office staff is always friendly when I go pick up packages that were delivered. The couple times I had to call maintenance, it was for minor things but I still got a quick response. I like that there are activities to help bring people together in our little community! The common areas are always clean both inside and out. When it came time to renew my lease, to me it was a no-brainer!
