- NCNancy CruiseJul 25, 20245.0We just moved in two weeks ago. We've been very happy with the apartment and the management team so far. Everyone we've dealt with has been friendly and eager to assist. The setting is pretty peaceful for being close to so much. I rarely hear noise from other apartments, just occasional footsteps (zoomies) above. You do hear some noise as people are passing by in the hall but that's pretty brief and most people are considerate. Update: we've been here for over a year now, still love it. The windows and insulation are good in the winter and the air conditioning is great in the summer. The maintenance team is responsive and the common areas are clean and inviting. We've been very comfortable here.
