This place looks nice but everything is as cheap as possible. The maintenance Team is terrible my breaker in my 2nd bed room kept tripping I put in 7 maintenance requests to fix it but they never actually fixed it. They also have a mandatory $150 charge for their "tech bundle" which is just smart devices that a 3 year old could set up with no monthly fee, trash pickup(that might come twice a week it's incredibly inconsistent) and the worst internet you have ever experienced. They also don't give you a key to your apartment so when the battery on your lock dies you can't lock it from the outside so if you leave all of your property can easily be stolen. This is also not a priority so if it happens on the weekend you won't have a working lock until Monday afternoon. There is also not enough parking so good luck finding a spot near your apartment and when they do maintenance on the parking lot it takes months and months because they use the cheapest contractors as possible. All or the amenities constantly break because they use the cheapest parts possible. They obviously just don't care about quality here.

My wife and I lived at The BLVD at Wilson Crossings while searching for our first home, and it truly couldn’t have been a better landing spot. The amenities are top tier — from the beautiful pool and relaxing hot tub to the well-kept pickleball courts, adequately-fitted gym, and carefully designed clubroom/business center. Everything feels modern, intentional, and cared for. The staff deserves their own shoutout. Everyone we interacted with was friendly, welcoming, and genuinely helpful. The maintenance team was always punctual and professional, often resolving requests much faster than expected. And the entire property, inside and out, is impressively clean — the kind of place where you can tell people take pride in keeping it nice. We’re grateful to have called The BLVD home during such an exciting chapter of our lives. If you’re considering moving here, you won’t be disappointed.

I originally have a 5 star review during the booking process when Joseph sent me an email stating that if I left a review, I’d get a free Biggby coffee card. I did, thinking things were great so far. It went downhill and I never got the card! I wouldn’t recommend living here. Domestic violence is all over this neighborhood for some reason, and I personally had to call 911 over neighbors that were assaulting each other. The way they handled my lease was insane. I went through a divorce towards the end of my lease and let the office know that my ex was emotionally and financially abusive and threatening to purposely destroy things and get evicted to hurt my credit. They didn’t care, still let me know that I was responsible for the full amount. I was told if he agreed to it as well, we could pay 2x our monthly rent with 90 days notice, and repay the discount we got at move in. Legally this is how the contract is written, but there was ZERO support or compassion from any of the staff here. I was in a horrible situation that they witnessed and never offered to counter when we tried to negotiate that amount. They’re now trying to sue me for damages my ex left despite me moving out 4+ months prior and leaving my ex with sole custody of the apartment, and the apartment in great shape when I left him. Not only do I have to deal with my divorce, but also this company with zero compassion. I had 2 dogs at the start of my lease. This was a huge part of my choice of where to live. The dog park was full of poop constantly, also my front yard, which I was being blamed for despite always picking up my own dog poop. This didn’t start until I added an additional animal to my household (an ESA, which by law we don’t pay the pet fees for). We reported it multiple times and they made US go out and clean other people’s poop up. There were also multiple accounts of aggressive animals in the dog park and on the property, and when reported nothing was done. Children were bringing dogs into the dog park without adult supervision. I had to stop going to the dog park (one of the reasons I chose this expensive place to begin with). Not to mention most small dogs can fit right through the bars. It was also super muddy all the time! Although pretty, the apartments seem to be made with poor materials and cheap laminate flooring that I had to have fixed multiple times in the 9 ish months I lived there. The path in the woods that was advertised as an amenity is not serviced in the late fall and through the winter, and the hot tub is closed during the winter as well. They also decided that they were coming for maintenance and gave us a couple days notice but then said there was a window of a few days they might come. We had multiple dogs and panicked because we couldn’t be there to supervise our dog that couldn’t be crated for health reasons. They refused to accommodate a specific appointment. All in all, for the price you can find somewhere better and I don’t recommend incase you end up in an unfortunate situation like I did.

The community is welcoming, the neighborhood is awesome, and the events organized are always fun and bring people together. The Apartment Life team and organizer do such a great job making everyone feel included. It truly feels like home!

My girlfriend and I have been living here since the start of July 2025. We toured many apartments in the Grand Rapids area, and this was the first one (Self Guided). We kept touring others, but the Blvd had always been in our number one spot. The next week we had a guided tour with Alex, and riding on their cart back to the main office after another tour. We were already talking about how the Blvd is the place. Up to date apartments and appliances. Built in Smart Home features. The amenities are amazing, the pool is wonderful and the gym is twice as big as other apartment complexes. I was filling out the application when I got home right after. Very responsive maintenance team who are very helpful. Of course moving is never fun, but now its done and it feels like home.
