  Called a number that was advertised on website for a house, call is answered and a gentleman by the name of Gordie picked up. Gordie was quick and knowledgeable about the help and needs I was looking for and gave a honest vibe. If you're looking for someone who want waste your time, knows how to crunch the numbers and get you into the best place for you... Call Gordie. I can say calling a random number without doing any research was the perfect call. Thanks again Gordie. ~Devon W.

  Words cannot express how stellar Dustin, Tammy and the whole team at Ross Mortgage was. They made a complex process so much more manageable. They had patience, answered all of our questions quickly and I felt confident in their knowledge. They got us to closing without any stress and I cannot thank them enough. Highly recommend!

  I will absolutely give credit where its due, with that being said i will just say from here on out i will no longer trust a single person working for this company or AAA McNamara. I personally believe that my children and I were put in a situation i am now fighting to get out of. I had purchased the home we are now living in 3 months ago. Let that sink in. I was guerenteed and reassured that within the first year of buying this home that any major issues were covered by a home warranty. I now am paying for a new roof because of a major leak that is NOT covered by this warranty place. And i am now dealing with a furnace issue that was told to me was REPLACED BRAND NEW within the year of me buying this house. Now i will be paying just for someone to come look at this furnace let alone dealing with a warranty place that will NOT cover the full cost of anything at all. So not only was i lied to. I was put in a home by the state of Michigan and Ross mortgage, and the reality place, that i am now paying thousands of dollars to keep a roof over my 3 children's heads. So let just say this nicely and without ill intent that i will be seeking legal help and getting this figured out because i am the wrong mother to screw over. I will provide more feed back once i get this squared away with my lawyer.
