I’ve bought over 10 rental properties through him, plus my primary residence, and just recently completed a refinance on that home all with his help. And I’m not stopping there got 5 more lined up, and you already know who I’m using. He’s been rock solid from day one. Reliable, knowledgeable, and straight-up locked in every single time I’ve needed him. But what really separates him from everyone else in the game is the level of real care he brings to the table. He’s not just pushing paperwork he’s connecting dots, making moves happen, and genuinely investing in his clients’ success. He even helped me lock down a trusted CPA when I needed one and has gone out of his way to make sure I’m set up right in every area. We’ve built more than just a working relationship he’s come by the house, partied with the crew, and even surprised me with gifts along the way. That’s the kind of loyalty and trust you don’t find often in this business. Bottom line: if you’re serious about building a portfolio, securing your dream home, or just want someone in your corner who knows his stuff and actually gives a damn, Sean is your guy. I don’t recommend many people but this one? Solid every time.

Not knowing what’s going on behind the scenes is nerve-racking, but Sean was great at communicating and staying in touch throughout the whole process and assuring me that things were going great! Literally every next step the loan process went through he would reach out to let me know this is where we are, this is what’s going to happen in this step and this is how long it should take. If one of the steps seemed to take a day or so longer he would make sure to fill me in so I didn’t stress over it all weekend long.
