    I have been moved in for about 2 weeks and so far the experience has been pretty decent. You cannot really find another complex that offers the layout of sq footage nearby for the price. The Maintenance team is honestly the best part of it all. Calvin and Jesse are very responsive and have been on top of a lot even with the holidays being around. They took care of a lot of things I pointed out about the unit I was moved into. When you rent a unit, you also get a storage unit in the basement and they were completely filled with trash, seemed no one was using it at all for a very long time. So they took care of that so it would be nicer and I could store some stuff accordingly. Nonetheless, I cannot disagree with my choice as I believe the other "expensive" complexes would have me likely wait until mid January to get a lot of things fixed or looked into due to the holidays. All I can say is thank you for being so fast and helping get stuff fixed that I reported. I hope the roads can be patched or repaved once the winter is through and concrete is able to settle easier, as there are some rough spots with potholes. I think that is the biggest need here for the complex in general. I wish I could also use my card to place money on the laundry card instead of cash, that would be a bit easier considering cash is kind of extinct nowadays. Also the agents in the office (Avery) were pretty good about explaining things and letting me know how things worked with payments and estimations. My neighbors are pretty appropriate, I don't have too many issues with noise, and I appreciate that heavily as I have a dog and I tend to sleep pretty early compared to most others. I also had a few packages be brought in to the building for safety rather than be kept outside and I have started doing this trend also to help others in my building. Thanks everyone!

    I live here at The Maples and since Calvin Carter has started as the Maintenance manager he has been so helpful. When I request maintenance he usually responds very fast. I am thankful he is the Maintenance manager now.

    I’m writing this review about Calvin the new service manager. I’ve not had the best experience with the property management in the past but since the first day I met Calvin he’s been nothing but a huge helping hand. Before it was very difficult to get things done as far a maintenance to the point that I gave up asking. With Calvin here I feel like things will actually get taken care of. He’s already fixed more things in one day than I’ve gotten taken care of in months prior. I’m excited with this new leadership here and it makes me more excited about the new renovations I want to make to my apartment. Thank you, Calvin!
