I live in this apartment they are just money hungry. Horrible with Tenants. If there’s an issue it takes weeks to come fix simple issue also if you tell them they can’t come in without your approval they will come inside.

I moved in one week ago and already having issues with my appliances. Stove not working, washer and dryer not working and when I bring this to Avery and her teams attention they told me I had to put in a work order. (I JUST MOVED IN) there should be no reason why I should already have to put in a work order. Anywho, I put the work order in and nothing has been done yet. They say they take care of emergencies first then will get back to me. (Whenever that is) That’s bullshit when I’m a brand new tenet haven’t even been here for even a week and have to wait when all this should’ve been looked at and made sure the unit was suitable for me to move in.on the other hand. The neighbor hood is nice and quiet but far as management it’s a no for me. I’m pretty sure you can find another unit with a better management team. Sign lease at your own risk just know if there’s any issues and your a brand new tenet you will have to get in line.

I’ve had such a great experience with our property manager Brianna. She’s always on top of maintenance requests and makes sure everything in my apartment gets taken care of quickly and professionally. She genuinely looks out for residents, is reliable, and goes above and beyond to ensure we’re comfortable. It’s rare to find management who truly cares about the people they manage, and she definitely does. Highly recommend!

After they give you a tour and get you paying rent, they WILL abandon you to whatever problems have been left unsolved in the unit. Every time there’s an issue, we have to beg and beg for anyone to come out, and then they refuse to send people with the right qualifications or schedule anything so that we know when the issue will be addressed. A few examples of things that have been left unaddressed for up to a week or more (sometimes these just don’t ever get addressed at all!) with little to no communication from the front office: - Food scraps left in the hallways during spring and summer months. - Broken AC units with soaring indoor temps. - Broken front doors to buildings that swing open and get left open, allowing bugs free access to the interior. - Bug infestations — ants, earwigs, spiders. - Broken stove/oven with only one functioning burner. - Washing machines that leave difficult stains all over clothes each wash. - Non-functioning light and switches. We couldn’t even get someone to come immediately when the water heater that was CLEARLY on its last legs when we moved in broke and flooded both our apartment and the one beneath us. Nothing gets serviced regularly here, despite what they might tell you. The yearly checks involve someone entering and leaving within a couple minutes. I am disabled with multiple documented health conditions. Currently I have been having a multisystem reaction to a stench (mold and bacteria build-up) in our AC unit for some time now, but nobody cares. I am struggling to eat and function in general due to the way this issue impacts my health. All we get are empty promises. Can’t even get an apology for having canceled a medical appointment to accomodate a check-up on the AC unit that never happened. And this isn’t even the first time this complex and their staff have ignored serious health impacts due to their negligence in property upkeep! If this was my property, I would have either fixed everything or paid to have it fixed already because I can’t live like this, and no one should be forced to. Once they have you trapped here, you’re not a person anymore, you’re just dollar signs to them. Living here has been absolutely demoralizing, destabilizing, and dehumanizing. Anyone leaving a review after just touring should be ignored. It wasn’t perfect when we moved in, but it has gotten dramatically worse in just over a year. This place is getting run into the ground.
