  We owe the biggest thank you to Olivia for everything she has done for us. Olivia helped us buy our first home in 2019, and as first-time buyers, her knowledge, communication, patience, and genuine care made all the difference. So when it came time to sell that same home, it was a no-brainer who we were calling. This time around, we were first-time sellers and didn’t know what to expect, but Olivia was thorough in walking us through every detail and made the entire process incredibly smooth. Our home received multiple offers and was under contract within just three days — at over asking price 🙌🏽 Selling our home also meant buying a new construction home, which was a whole new world for us. Once again, we were so grateful to have Olivia’s knowledge and compassion on our side. She never once batted an eye at the million and three questions we had — including classics like, “Does our house come with garage door openers?” 😅 While my husband has (jokingly) banned real estate apps from my phone and declared this our forever home, we both agree that if we ever did this again, Olivia would be our choice without hesitation — for the third time. If you’re buying or selling, do yourself a favor and give Olivia a call. We could not recommend her more — you’ll truly be in the best hands.

  Olivia helped us get our first home and went above and beyond throughout the entire process! She was super flexible when it came to our schedules, responsive, and always had an answer or knew who to reach to find one. When looking at houses she made sure to point out anything of concern, or things that we didn’t realize was important. She made one of the most exciting/stressful/confusing processes for a first time buyer seamless and I cannot thank her enough. Even after closing we still are in touch if questions come up. If we ever need a realtor in the future (we love our house so it may be never😉) we know exactly who to go to & will recommend her every chance I get.

  Working with Olivia to buy my first home was an incredible experience! As a first-time buyer, I started out nervous and unsure about the process, but she was always there for me every step of the way. She took the time to point out things about each house that I never would have noticed on my own, and consistently had my best interests in mind. Not just for now, but even thinking ahead to the day I might sell. Her knowledge, honesty, and attention to detail made me feel confident in every decision. I truly felt supported and never pressured, which meant everything to me as a first-time homeowner. I couldn’t have asked for a better realtor, and would highly recommend her to anyone looking for someone who genuinely cares!!

My parents worked with her father for many years and when it was time for me to start my own home buying journey, he recommended me to contact her daughter Olivia Budny. After following up and meeting with Olivia, I was truly impressed with her expertise, dedication, and commitment. I immediately felt a sense of relief. After just a few home visits, I found myself signing paperwork and holding the keys to my first home. I can’t imagine buying a home without her. She walked me through each step and was able to answer literally every question I could think of..and I mean EVERY question.   Olivia, is the cream of the crop! I don’t think it’s possible to find a more consummate professional with technical knowledge, emotional intelligence, and tactful approach…even if I asked for it from an AI platform! Through The search she was patient willing to listen and willing to tell me the hard truths about some of the places we saw. She extended keen and sage advice throughout the buying process. Moreover, Olivia has continued to extend appreciation and care to my family And I’m sure that this is one of many lifelong professional relationships Olivia has built, which is the real testament to excellent work— She stands by her people, and her people stand by her!
