  I was so excited to apply to live here especially from the bad experience I’ve been in for the past 2 years with ZERO late payments at my current residence! My rating is more toward your third party credit agency…. You simply just judge someone so quickly ???? No co-signer option… Ridiculous, don’t judge a book by its cover….ask for a deposit like everyone else !!! Someone doesn’t pay rent (which I am NEVER late on) you evict them ??? Pretty simple 🤷‍♀️Buying a house was easier than trying to rent loll ! Be KIND .

  Living here — especially in Building 5 — has been one of the most frustrating rental experiences I’ve ever had. Even before move-in, management changed the unit we were supposed to receive without warning, creating confusion and unnecessary complications. Unfortunately, that level of disorganization has continued ever since. We’ve received unsubstantiated complaints with absolutely no proof, yet when we raise valid concerns, management does nothing. Meanwhile, the actual issues around Building 5 are completely ignored. Neighbors leave trash outside their doors for days. A car has been parked directly in front of the building since August, with a car cover that has blown off repeatedly — still no action. Cars regularly block spaces, and people park in handicapped spots without permits, right in management’s view, and nothing happens. On top of that, maintenance yelled at us for parking in the back of the lot — an area with no signage, no blocked-off zones, and zero communication that we couldn’t park there. When we asked the office about it, we were dismissed and told, “He’s the building supervisor, he can say what he wants.” That is incredibly unprofessional and unacceptable. The inconsistency here is alarming. Management seems to selectively enforce rules when it’s convenient but ignore clear violations happening daily. Residents who follow the rules are the ones targeted, while those who don’t are overlooked entirely. If you’re considering moving here, think twice — especially before choosing Building 5. The lack of communication, accountability, and basic professionalism has made this a difficult place to call home.
